Voco Vision (“we”, “us”) is a study-abroad consultancy at Manjooran Blue Castle, Nivya Road, LFC Road, Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala 682017, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Details you send us through our consultation forms: your name, email, mobile or WhatsApp number, preferred destination, study year and level, English test and any message.
Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Basic technical data: the page you sent the form from and the time. Our web host briefly checks your IP address to block spam; we don’t keep it.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and give you the counselling you asked for.
To follow up about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
To help with applications, visas, education loans or accommodation, only when you ask us to.

We use your data on the basis of the consent you give when you send us an enquiry. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

Universities, colleges and partners such as education-loan or accommodation providers, only when you ask us to apply or arrange something for you.
Service providers that run this website and our messages: Cloudflare (web hosting), Google (our Gmail inbox) and WhatsApp, if you message us there. They handle data under their own security and privacy terms.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

This website doesn’t keep a copy of your enquiry: it is emailed straight to our office inbox. We keep enquiry emails and messages while we’re helping you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a student client, we keep the records needed for your applications and for legal and accounting reasons.

How we protect it

Your enquiry travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and goes only to our office inbox, which only Voco Vision staff can open.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, or stop contacting you (withdraw your consent) at any time. You can also nominate someone to use these rights for you. Email vocovisionedu@gmail.com or call +91 79945 10606, and we’ll respond promptly and within the time the law allows.

Students under 18

If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us or fill in the form with you. Indian law requires a parent’s or guardian’s consent before we handle a child’s personal data.

Cookies and other services

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers your light or dark theme choice on your own device. To show this site, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts, photos from Unsplash and our map from Google Maps, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. These services may receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.
